PROJECT ACCENT COLOR
Document accent
Used by tools on PDF export — vehicle stripes, summary card spines, status pills. Leave blank to inherit your organization's accent color.
DOCUMENT LANGUAGE
Language
Language for this project's exported PDFs and the daily schedule email. The calendar content you type is unchanged — only the labels/dates are translated.
CLIENT VIEW
Share a live, read-only view of this project.
One link the client opens. Aggregates every client-facing tool — Flight Grid, Casting Sessions, Production Calendar — into a single dashboard. Read-only, no login.
Rotating revokes the previous link immediately — anyone you've sent it to will lose access.
Brand bar color
Pick the dark band at the top of every Client View surface (dashboard, Flight Grid, Production Calendar, Casting Review). Leave blank to use the platform default near-black.
What the client will see
Cards only appear when a tool is enabled on this project and has data worth viewing.

Email Signature defaults
Pre-filled values for every member's email signature. They produce the “O.”, “W.”, and “A.” rows under their name, plus the optional confidentiality footer. Only admins can edit; the per-member name, title, and mobile are entered inside the Signature Generator tool.
Shown next to the “O.” label. Free format — country code optional.
Shown next to the “W.” label and used as the link target. Bare host or full URL.
Shown next to the “A.” label. Single line — separators (·, |) render cleanly.
Renders as a small grey paragraph beneath a separator at the foot of every signature. Leave blank to omit.
Paste your own signature HTML to offer members a “Custom” style alongside Studio / Edition / Field. Use inline styles only (email clients strip <style> and classes). Scripts and event handlers are removed on save. Leave blank to disable.
Tokens (replaced with each member's data):
{{name}} {{title}} {{mobile}} {{office}} {{website}} {{address}} {{bio}} {{disclaimer}} {{logo}} {{org_name}}

Crew onboarding — required fields
Choose which fields crew members must complete on the onboarding form. Full name and email are always required. Bank details stay optional as a group — but if a member enters any bank info, bank name, account holder, and account number become required together.
Bank details — pick which sub-fields are required. Enforced only if the member enters any bank info (so bank stays optional as a whole).

Required documents
The paperwork you ask for during onboarding. Each category has its own list, and each line becomes an upload box on the form. Items are archived rather than deleted, because documents already sent point at them.
Category
Google Drive
Copy uploaded documents into a folder in your own Google Drive, so the paperwork lives in your storage as well as ours. One admin authorizes once. Files always stay on the platform too — Drive is never the only copy.

Default Invitee Role
Role applied when an admin invites a new member without an explicit override.
Close Organization
Closes the org at the end of your current billing period. Data is preserved for 60 days — contact support within that window to restore.
